What I did
On the floor
- Mentored students ages 7–14 in C#, Lua, JavaScript, and Scratch with individualized guidance and troubleshooting.
- Developed weekly instructional plans and progress reports tailored to each student's goals.
- Collaborated with instructors and management to deliver a structured, engaging learning environment.
Why it matters
Engineering is communication
Teaching a nine-year-old to debug their own game is its own kind of systems thinking, and it's where I learned to explain hard ideas simply, which is exactly what good engineering documentation and design review demand.
